The Emblem of USTeCAT:
- the shield represents the pacific ocean that guards catanduanes and the same manner the blue color of the shield represents the ideals of the Blessed Virgin Mary which is the Patron of Santissimo Rossario of UST that safeguards and guides USTeCAT's endeavors.
- the green colored circle represents the diversity of the the island of Catanduanes where the members of USTeCAT hails. They also represent the diversity of the USTeCAT members.
- the sky blue circle upholds the heights of Thomasian education to which a Sun and Cross shines upon them. These combinations represents the Quality and Excellence of Thomasian Education.
